What is your exchange/return policy?

We keep it G. If your order is incomplete, damaged, or messed up in any way, we will fix it. If something doesn't fit, we'll happily exchange or refund it for you within 2 weeks of shipping. The bottom line is we want you happy with your stuff and we realize it's impossible to predict everything. If something isn't covered here, reach out to us and we'll try to make it right.

"I ordered something 2 days ago. Why hasn't it shipped?"

We try our best to get orders out next day, but we are a very small company and orders are fulfilled by someone with a full-time job. We strive to get your goods out as quickly as we can!

 

The design on my shirt is cracking after only a few washes. Can I get a replacement? 

Absolutely. Our shirts are printed on demand through a third party printer, using Direct to Garment printing. 99% of the time we don't have issues with the quality of the shirt or the print, but sometimes these variables don't work in our favor. Please email support@abetterway2a.com and we will gladly send you a replacement.

Do you wholesale?

We offer wholesale pricing with relatively low minimums on many of our products. Please reach out to us at support@abetterway2a.com and we'll be happy to discuss specifics!

Can you make a specific patch or sticker for me?

We're always happy to take suggestions, and having a running list of ideas we would be happy to add yours to if it's something that fits well with our message. Reach out and run it by us!

Will you carry our product?

Who knows?! We're always looking for cool things to offer to people. Send us a message with product specifics like pricing, MOQ's, images, etc. and we will get back to you.
